• Hate speech, harassment, or harmful content will not be tolerated.

We may remove accounts or content that violate these standards, at our sole discretion.

2. Content Visibility & Sharing

• Galleries, images, and messages are public and can be shared freely.

• Attribution is appreciated but not required unless otherwise noted.

3. Merch Orders

• Items are made to order based on your selection.

• We offer free replacements or refunds for production errors or shipping damage reported within 10 days.

• No refunds for buyer errors (e.g., wrong size, color).

4. Intellectual Property

• We own the platform and its original content.

• You own your posts but grant us a license to display, promote, or remix them within WordChat.org.

• Do not upload anything you don’t have rights to.

5. Limitation of Liability

WordChat.org is a place of inspiration, not professional advice. Use at your own discretion. We are not responsible for user content or third-party services.

6. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Public content is viewable by all.

7. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, United States.
